Very nice, clean, and large rooms. The lobby area looks like it should have several fountains but they were drained and empty when we visited. The service staff were friendly, although the bar/restaurant was a bit slow. Silverware was not included with room service initially and had to be requested. The location is very close to the airport and there is a 24 hour shuttle, but the surrounding area looks very dirty and some areas are strewn with trash.

Great location for flights! 24 hour shuttle from LAX to the hotel (and hotel to LAX). The staff were SUPER FRIENDLY. Our cruise ended at 8:30 and we didn't think about check in time being mid day. They allowed us to leave our luggage in a secured room until our room was ready so we didn't have to lug it while walking and exploring the area. As always the rooms were great. I love that you get the feel of being in an apartment with the separate living room and bedroom, while also the ease of being in a hotel with room service. This location has an indoor pool and gym, which we didn't go to, but could see form the lobby breakfast area. Upon checking in, we were given a drink voucher for the bar downstairs - yay! My only complaint is there were no made to order omelettes, no pancakes, the traditional breakfast you think of when you usually book Embassy Suites. For hot food, it was steamed potatoes, soft scrambled eggs, and sausage links. That's it. Which is kind of disappointing when we booked E.S. over other hotels for the rooms and breakfast. There were plenty of grab and go options - yogurt, bagels, juice, fruit, oatmeal, coffee. Hope this location gets a better HOT breakfast selection.

Noisy but clean and comfortable room. Food service in the "bistro" is a logistical nightmare and should be avoided but the waitstaff is very nice. Upon check in we went to our room and the housekeeper said our room was not ready for 20 minutes or so. That room was in an alcove off the main hallway next to a storage room! Front desk wasn't exactly apologetic but did give us another room after much grumbling and consultation on the the hotel team's part. The shuttle service was timely and pleasant. One nice feature - this hotel is exactly next to Budget rental return.

Definitely not the best Embassy Suites I have stayed at by far. Customer service was great no issues there. Did not like that I had to park my own car at $50 a night. Most locations would have done this valet parking at that price. Parking area is small. Did look sketchy arriving late and trying to park. Could have been better lit with more security. Rooms definitely looked old. They need upgrades and need to be updated. Felt like they could do so much more. Hotel room key stopped working, and digital key never worked. This location is convenient to the Airport and Budget Car Rental. They do offer make your own omelet, but the sides have been better at other locations. Kids did love the Robot. Definitely a plus there. Overall place has its up and downs. I would only stay here moving forward if I used that car rental service again and taking a flight right away.

The 24 hour, continuous shuttle to LAX is nice for late arrivals/early departures. The rooms are adequate. Show signs of age, but clean. Location is obviously convenient for the airport. The biggest negative is that when I pay to stay in an Embassy Suites, I have an expectation of a fresh, hot breakfast. Made to order omelets, freshly made pancakes on the griddle, bacon, sausage, etc. Despite having the kitchen, they don't staff it. this wasn't a staffing shortage thing either. the woman I spoke to said they never had it open. other negative is the workout room. Sad. Three treadmills, one of which was broken. Elliptical, bike, one bench and light dumb bells. so the hotel is fine, but not worth the cost and falls short of expectations for an embassy suites.
