Comfortable rooms, decent service. I did have to wait a while for blankets one day but I think that was out of their control as well. When we did get them they were warm fresh out of the dryer. Didn't eat the breakfast but looked decent enough. Nice bar area. Close to LAX but nothing really around to walk to or anything. Shuttle easy enough. Make sure you call if you need to be picked up from airport!!

Beautiful hotel, however the rooms are not insulated properly so light and sound from within the hotel and the nearby airport affect your sleep. Also, the curtains didn't fully cover the windows in the living room/sofa sleeper room. The omelet station didn't have many options and the cheese was sprinkled on top instead of inside and melted into the omelet. It was very cold at night in the hotel and it doesn't have heat, so we had to get extra blankets. I slept under 3 comforters just to be comfortable.

Beautiful hotel but we did not feel the rooms and linen were clean enough. Even the pillow cases smelled like they hadn't been washed. And they charged around $40 to park there. Finally, there were homeless people walking around the hotel and in the parking garage itself. Security should have been all over that, especially if they are charging to park.

I always stayed at Hilton-affiliated hotels. Staying at this Embassy Suites was the worstā€”I stayed for over 4 days. Cleaning services were not provided, despite asking multiple times every day. On the first day, I requested a comforter and had to make 3 calls; it was delivered after 5 hours. On the 2nd day, we ran out of shower gel and had to ask for a refill two days in a row. We asked to have our room cleaned every day, but they never came to clean. I don't recommend it. However, the Spanish ambiance in the hall and the good breakfast were a plus.

We recently planned a 5-night stay at the Embassy Suites LAX South, expecting a comfortable and hassle-free experience. Unfortunately, our expectations were far from met, leading to a deeply frustrating experience. Upon our arrival at 6:30 PM, we were informed that our room was not ready. Understanding that delays can happen, we decided to have dinner and returned at 11 PM, only to face the same issue again. The room was still unavailable, a situation that wasn't unique to us but was also experienced by at least four other groups. The handling of the situation by the hotel staff was profoundly disappointing. Both the manager and the front desk personnel seemed incompetent and overwhelmed. There was a palpable lack of effective communication and problem-solving skills, which only added to the chaos and frustration among the guests. Given the circumstances, we had no choice but to cancel our reservation and look for an alternative hotel. It was a decision made under stress, as finding last-minute accommodations is never ideal, especially during a busy holiday period. This experience has significantly impacted our view of the Embassy Suites LAX South. A hotel's primary responsibility is to provide reliable accommodations and competent service, both of which were severely lacking in our experience. We hope our feedback serves as a wake-up call for the management to improve their service standards and staff training. Until then, we cannot recommend this hotel to others.
