Christopher is the best makeup artist I know one day my daughter and I walked into his dress shop as we were looking for quince dresses I personally did not know who he was my daughter jumped put of her chair as was like mom there's Christopher, I was like who's Christopher well she explained she wanted him for her make up artist well I made the appointment wow amazed I was I think the price I paid was well worth it ,we also got our dama dresses from his store omg it was a big head ache with time crunching a week before we got the dresses and of course some did not fit and had to get altered well Christopher and his crew went above and beyond on getting them done his precious mom took all the dresses over to where the quince crew were practicing. I was beyond happy with the glam crew and ohlala . Till this day my daughter will always have and believe in Christopher and his crew... Thank you so much!

Glam by Christopher used to have a location at 19th Ave and Bethany Home which was close to my very trusted hairstylists. My hairstylist first told my about their makeup services as I was planning for my wedding. I had attempted a couple of times to reach them by emails and IM’s without any luck. Since there location was so close to my hairstylist, one day after getting my hair done I walked over. Christopher and his crew were in office working on a client but we’re kind enough to accommodate me. Christopher’s mom, who was/is his admin, explained to me the contact and truly over sold the services. She explained they only use high end, luxury makeup and all tools are cleaned daily. As a makeup enthusiast myself, I was excited to have Chanel/Doir to NARS/Mac used on my face for my big day. The week of my wedding I find out he is leaving his location at 19th Ave and Bethany Home to move into his dress store. He was nice enough to accommodate me with one of his assistants to meet me at my hairstylist studio and service me there. Her name is Alejandra, I believe, and she does great work, comparable to that of Christopher himself. I’m very appreciative for his accommodation. Alejandra’s makeup bag was full of Bissu makeup. If you’re unfamiliar with Bissu makeup, it’s a Mexican drugstore makeup. I’m a high believer that drugstore makeup is just as good if not better than high end luxury makeup in most cases. What is disappointing is the services were highly advertised to me by Christopher’s admin as high end luxury makeup only used. I’m glad I at least brought my own makeup bag to compensate. Christopher reached out to me a week after my wedding to ask how I liked their services and I was very honest and politely told him my thoughts. I got no response back to the constructive criticism I provided. Not to mentioned I was over charged. They charge extra for their false lashes, which one of my bridesmaids, my mom and myself did not require. Regardless the technic is there, I would just advise to ask them to specify what kind of makeup, brand, and if you will be needing lashes prior to your event date, if it matters to you.
