My engagement ring was perfect! Dave made it SO easy to make this dream ring come true. We didn't have any idea what to expect during our first meeting with Dave, but he was kind and walked us through each step. I described to him which ring designs I loved that I had already tried on and he designed this ring in minutes. He taught us a lot about shopping for diamonds and really helped us through this process. I didn't even have to think twice about this ring. I will ALWAYS recommend D&R House of Diamonds and we will definitely be coming back for our future jewelry needs!

Dave & Team at D&R Diamonds are awesome! I purchased my fiancé’s engagement ring in April 2023 and could not have asked for a better experience. I’d like to share my experience in hopes others reading this may give D&R a shot! I was a bit nervous coming to their office, as it wasn’t the traditional storefront you’d see from mainstream jewelry stores. Instead, it is a private office in beautiful downtown Summerlin. My nerves were quickly quelled by Dave’s eagerness to learn more about our engagement plans and ring ideas. I came to Dave with photos of rings I had seen online. I was a nervous wreck with all of the options online jewelers allow you to customize. Dave instead took time to ask what I liked about each ring and why I thought it fit my fiance’s personality so well. From there, he created a computer sketch of the ring and we began dialing it in. In the matter of time, we had the perfect ring DESIGNED! Dave made a few recommendations, but was not pushy or trying to upsell at all. I really appreciated being able to design my fiance’s ring from scratch and use Dave’s expertise to make it perfect. I hadn’t planned on purchasing the ring that day, as I had appointments with other jewelers across town. But the deciding factor was Dave’s genuine customer service. He asked, if I can trust him, he will make us a beautiful ring and ensure the process is smooth. Well, one month later, Dave and D&R delivered on their promise. With a tight deadline, I picked up the ring and asked my best friend to marry me. Thank you so much Dave Padgett and D&R Diamonds. Dave & Rich at D&R House of Diamonds are a class act. Their level of customer service was phenomenal & they make truly beautiful custom pieces. My partner when we first met had these cheaper earrings that we both liked. Unfortunately, they post broke after some time wearing them constantly. I decided to bring them to Rich at D&R House of Diamonds as inspiration to make some nice custom ones with a real gem. He took his time to go over options for materials, style, and gems. We ultimately decided on some rose gold heart crown earrings with moissanite as the stone as I was looking for something nice without breaking the bank, but still shined bright like a diamond. From design to the real thing, it was amazing to see the vision come to reality. My partner loves them.
