Stayed for a Disneyland experience! The customer service was so warm when we came in from CO. The staff all greeted us and one staff member commented that she loved my name. The cookies were delicious and the suite was so spacious for 6 people. Highly recommended! Merry Christmas!!

Stayed here for a Disney trip. Great location, huge rooms (2 room suite), very clean and really nice staff. Get a room that doesn't overlook a street if traffic noise bothers you. No free breakfast (unless you have Honors Gold) but the restaurant does an excellent job. Not crowded, as it's not free, but still better than Disney prices. We will be staying there again!

We stayed the week of Thanksgiving this year for a Disney trip. The location is convenient with proximity to the parks (10 min drive/bus or 25 min walk) The staff were kind and accommodating...a bit forgetful at times but we felt heard and respected for the most part. The 4 stars instead of 5 is more for the dated finishings of the hotel. It was clean, but the mattresses and pillows were clearly old and a bit lumpy. The shower temperature fluctuated depending on the time of day. They had someone come check it out, but the man found no issue with the water while he was there. He said it could be because other people were using the water as well...but that shouldn't be an issue in a major hotel chain...My showers were all cold with bursts of really hot water. I wouldn't be upset if we stayed here again, but I would also be open to looking into the other options just because of the water issues. Overall our stay was good and convenient for our Disney visit.

Our room was pretty good, and fit our whole guest party well. They provided on-site parking. For $35 a day. I called ahead and asked if they held packages because I had some last minute items I wanted for the trip from Amazon. They said that they hold them at the front desk. There is a cost of $5. I do wish they had mentioned that was $5 per package. When I went to collect the first package on day one I tried to pay the $5, but the clerk said, "no, you're good", which I found out later was code for, "it's automatically charged to your room bill". That would've all been nice to know, instead of first apologizing to the person in our party for charging $5 without asking, and then to later apologize when I found out I owed for each individual package. Great AC/Heating. They have a Continental breakfast, which I asked about and was, in my experience, in a bit of a rude tone, "It's Continental, not Complimentary". I honestly don't blame that woman, it seemed like everytime I passed the front desk it would just be her and one person who appeared to be in training (no hate, you have to start somewhere, she was instructing them how to do each task, etc.). They do, however, provide two free bottles of water. Pretty great trip, nice place to stay. I hope they don't do us too much on this part: For the location and proximity to restaurants (Ruth's Chris Steakhouse is the next parking lot, California Adventure Park is 0.9 miles away) it was a really good price. Would stay again. 3.5 Stars

2 stars for location. This hotel is super old and outdated. 7th floor had worn and stained carpet that had a less than nice fresh scent to it. The pullout couch was broken and needs to be replaced. They give you two tiny trash cans and nowhere to empty them, so your room ends up full of trash all day, but there’s also no housekeeping unless you call and ask for it. This isn’t what I would expect from a hotel of this caliber or price point. The shower alternates between scalding and frigid, so I had to put kids in the bathtub instead to prevent burning my kids with shower water. On-site dining is okay, nothing impressive. You’re better off ordering in or walking to some of the better restaurants nearby. The location is the only bright spot. We spent a few days at Disneyland and the front desk discouraged us from using shuttles or ride share, and told us it would be cheaper to park at Disney for $20. Disney parking is $35 at a minimum. So don’t listen to them. The front desk is the largest frustration with this hotel. I received inaccurate or unhelpful information on every interaction. We were never thanked for being Honors members. We never had a smile or a thank you. I get it, customer service is rough but you’re a hotel near Disneyland! Be friendly! We stayed at a Hilton in Santa Monica for 2 days before coming here and they were AMAZINGLY cheerful and positive. So I know it’s not all Hiltons. We ended having to leave a day early due to the air quality and when I went to the front desk to let them know as a courtesy so they could turn the room over, the front desk supervisor Maria was awful. She immediately began lecturing me that I wouldn’t receive a refund, despite me not asking for one. I explained once again, I was letting them know for housekeeping and staffing purposes, and she cut me off and snapped “no refunds, ever” I hope their staff has a better 2024 and lightens up.
