This hotel was a gem. The rooms are a little dated but they were so clean it didn't matter to me. The staff were friendly, kind, and accommodating. The restaurant was great! I opted to stay in on my last night because the food and service were as good as any restaurant off property. I highly recommend and hope that I will have the opportunity to return in the future.

Stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay very much. Was sent a message prior to our arrival asking if we had any preferences for location of our room. I couldn’t have for a better room. I asked that I. It have a room looking out into the parking lot. I was assigned a room on the 3rd floor 4313. It had s view of the pool and courtyard and was close to the elevator. Really handy when traveling with a toddler. Was a little concerned the first night being so close to the elevator due after hearing loud voices of the people coming off the elevator. Fortunately It was just due to a wedding ending so lots of people were heading back to their rooms. The rest of the night and the rest of our stay was quite. Loved the messaging app as they were always prompt to respond. Utilized room service twice. Food was great and so was the service. Not sure about the negative reviews of the staff every person we encountered was pleasant and accommodating. Room was clean and nice size. I saw some reviews complaining about not having a microwave. Sadly a lot of nicer hotels do not. There was a microwave in the lobby area. I like they don’t charge extra for the bottles of water in the room. Everyone loved the cookies. We utilized the checkin on the app so we didn’t get cookies at checkin but when I walked down later and asked for them they gave me more than I asked for. Warm and delicious after a long drive. Looking forward to our next stay.

I stayed at this hotel twice within a three-week period for two weddings. The rooms were consistently clean and well-ventilated. The front desk staff impressed me with their helpfulness and accommodating nature. Initially, I believed a smaller, boutique hotel might offer better service, but this experience proved otherwise.

The hotel is in the good surrounding and have beautiful small buildings and there are all nice room. The disadvantage is that the house has not been renovated and the air conditioning system can almost shake the floor. Looks a lot of money needs to be invested in new technological products to solve this problem.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I'm a loyal DoubleTree customer, and the staff here is nice, but that's about the only nice thing about this place. The walls are so thin that I can hear a man coughing his lungs out in the room next to me and I know when he is showering be ause I can hear the water! The people above my room are even worse, as they are stomping around at 6am and woke me up twice! On top of that, the building is old and it shows. The pipes are making noise in the thin walls, so there's no peace and quiet. The patio doors are locked shut, the beds are squeaky, the headboards rattle on the wall, there's stains on the floor, cracks on the tile, the entire room is outdated and dingey, the room takes a while to heat up, and I can't shower in warm water because the neighboring room used it all. I'm not paying more than $150 a night for a room that is worse than a Motel 6! This is an absolutely disgusting excuse for a "luxury" Hilton hotel. Never again!
