My Son & Daughter In Law's Wedding was last night and it was amazing! Daisy was an amazing coordinator for their event. You mentioned her name and she was walking towards you catering to their evey need. The Venue itself was beautiful and put together just the way the way the Bride & Groom wanted. The whole team was amazing and everything ran so smooth. Thank you for making My Beautiful Daughter in Law and My Son's Wedding their dream come true!

Everyone was so great to work with at Emerald. We had our wedding on April 2023 and everything was so beautiful! The venue itself doesn’t need any more decor. Food was amazing as well. I would recommend this venue.

Always a great time here! I’ve been to countless weddings and events at this venue and it’s always a blast. They have the most friendliest staff and the best decor and atmosphere for every event!

Since we picked EAQ as our venue (a year before the wedding day) their team Bree and Joey were guiding us on what they needed and when. This was super helpful being that we were from out of state. Joey was professional and prepared for every zoom meeting we had, giving me plenty of time to ask questions. For the wedding rehearsal Daisy my wedding coordinator guided my bridal party to make sure they knew what to do for the wedding day. Fast forward to the wedding day, Daisy helped with lining up the bridal for the ceremony and reception, put out stuff I had brought with me for the wedding and kept the party on schedule every step of the way. She is very experienced and you can tell as she was on top of everything for the whole party. I am so appreciative to the EAQ team for making our wedding day run so smoothly!

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the owner of Emerald Ridge in Las Vegas, and I must say that it left a bitter taste in my mouth. It's not often that I take the time to write a negative review, but this encounter was so disappointing that I felt compelled to share my thoughts. From the moment I arrived at Emerald Ridge, it was evident that the owner's attitude was less than welcoming. I had heard wonderful things about the establishment and was excited to explore their offerings, but any enthusiasm quickly evaporated when I had to interact with the owner. The owner's rudeness was apparent in various ways. Firstly, there was a lack of basic courtesy and professionalism. I had questions about the services they offered and their pricing, but the owner seemed disinterested and dismissive. They appeared to be in a rush to get me out of there rather than taking the time to address my concerns. Furthermore, the owner's communication style was needlessly condescending. They spoke to me in a patronizing tone, as if my inquiries were an inconvenience. It's disheartening to be treated with such disrespect, especially when you're trying to be a paying customer. In addition, I observed the owner's behavior towards other patrons, and it was not any better. They seemed to have a general disregard for customer satisfaction and appeared more interested in asserting their own authority than creating a pleasant and welcoming environment for guests. The overall experience at Emerald Ridge was overshadowed by the owner's behavior, leaving me with a negative impression of what could have been a great establishment. It's a shame that such a beautiful place is marred by the rudeness and lack of customer service exhibited by its owner. In conclusion, I cannot recommend Emerald Ridge in Las Vegas due to the rude and unwelcoming attitude of the owner. When choosing a place to spend your time and money, it's essential to select establishments that prioritize customer satisfaction and courtesy, and unfortunately, Emerald Ridge falls short in this regard.
