I called Rose Shack at 230pm after having delivery issues with another company. I just gave them a budget and asked if they could deliver to a hotel on the strip that same day. They created a giant (3+ feet tall), gorgeous arrangement and had it delivered by 4pm. The hotel staff was impressed and the recipient was blown away. Tons of compliments. Will definitely be using them again anytime my girl is in Vegas and needs something pretty in her hotel.

Absolutely lovely to work with. I called to order from out of state for our upcoming elopement and they made the most beautiful bridal bouquet and matching attendant bouquet and bouts. With very little instruction from me, I gave just a color concept and vibe and the finished product was beyond beautiful. I loved it so much, and would recommend to every and any one! I don’t leave reviews often, but it is a little nerve wracking to be ordering from out of state for your wedding with no experience with a vendor, so if anyone else has doubts, don’t! High quality and beautiful. 12/10 Happy Bride♥️

Looking for a fantastic florist?! Look no further! My boyfriend travels a lot and I like to surprise him with flowers on extended stays. While I am not picky and usually tell the florist to go with their heart, this was one of the best arrangements he's received. Thank you so much for your amazing design and customer service

Driver sent a delivery confirmation when he was in my area 2 hrs later I’m calling asking where my order,customer service call the florist come to find out the driver never loaded my order onto the truck,told me it will be delivered before 7:30 pm driver just has to go get it from the shop.well it’s Sunday mrng Xmas eve,can’t get in touch with shop customer service arguing saying it’s proof of delivery at 10:13 am,remind u I spoke with customer service yesterday at 12:15 pm an was told it was left,but today (it’s proof of delivery left at door cause nobody answered)up until I told her I have ring cam video of nobody showing up leaving anything at my doorstep..

I called this flower shop to have flowers delivered to my friend over a weekend. I gave a description of the type of flowers I wanted and the address it needed to be delivered to. I ordered a bouquet of royal blue flowers with tiger lilies (which they said they could do). They also verified the address by repeating back to me and ensuring me they could deliver to the address I gave. Saturday came around and I missed their phone call by 5 minutes. I Immediately listened to the voice-mail where they stated that the address they had "didn't exsist" and that it couldn't be stratified out until Monday. Monday comes around I spoke with the Owner and they apologized for the error and delivered the flowers herself. Unfortunately when the flowers were delivered though beautiful, were not the color I ordered. I called to complain about it, and was told "well there's some blue in them". There's a picture below for reference, they were orange with some small purple in them. I requested a partial refund because of all the trouble and that the flowers were not what I ordered, to which the owner told me I'd receive a 25% refund which she did NOT process. The flowers are absolutely gorgeous and great quality, but their customer service is definitely subpar.
