So happy I went in.. My wedding dress didn’t fit how I wanted the day before my wedding I had been wanting to go so my daughter could see dresses for her QUINCEAÑERA Was greeted by a friendly voice had literally just opened the doors, she was attending a customer so I looked around and started going through the racks when I found it, the PERFECT dress and so excited it was meant to be.. she came over I asked how much and to try it on PERFECT FIT AND SIZE AND THE LAST ONE. She offered to tailor if needed great Customer Service called my mom and she loved it. Something told me to go there and so happy I did, My Beach wedding was Perfect Thank You so much

Roxy is amazing!! She made my daughter and family feel so comfortable while we were shopping for my daughter's dress and suites. We will definitely be returning for future needs.

First off Roxy's bridal is a "small business" ran by 1 individual. Secondly, you will find more prom style & quince dresses. Roxy is awesome, don't be afraid to ask your questions. She's helpful, kind, & courteous. It took less than a week for alterations to be done. Alterations run around 30+ but it depends on the dress style. honestly paying the price that was charged was not an issue, support your local small businesses. call in advance before heading in to make sure they are available. wish I could give it 0 stars!! I have prom in a few weeks and I tried to go in for a prom dress but she wouldn’t let me in without a parent, I have a job and my mom has a job so it is very hard for us to go together. She said she only wants serious buyers and not girls who just want to have fun. I told her it was just going to be and she still didn’t accommodate! horrible customer service, very rude, dresses are also very overpriced, you could get the same dress in LA for way cheaper.
