4 Aspects you should consider if you have an outdoor party

You’ve probably wondered: Is having my Quinceañera party outdoors a good idea? 

Imagine the walls decorating your dance floor being the greenery of the trees or the mountains around you. You’re in the middle of a hacienda, where the natural landscape is the main decoration of your dream Quinceañera. Guests arrive and immediately feel that sense of freedom with the fresh air. It’s also important to provide shaded areas or misting fans to ensure guest comfort if the weather turns hot.

Make sure that the food and drinks are kept at the right temperature. Outdoors, sauces can spoil and ice melts quickly. Your catering team should take these details into account.

Walking on grass with heels is one of the most uncomfortable things for women at an event.  Not only is it unpleasant because heels sink into the ground, but it can also be dangerous—you don’t want your friends tripping in front of everyone. Autumn Allergies 

Fall is also allergy season. Don’t think spring is the only culprit. As part of your event planning, make a list of the plants or flowers that will be present at the venue and warn your guests in advance to help prevent issues. If you can avoid certain flowers, it’s best to do so.
