Clean and serviceable. It was one of the cheapest parking for a hotel at $10/night. They have a mini fridge and microwave. We stayed in a corner room with double beds. The beds are comfortable. Bar prices seem fair price. I would go back, and the service was quick. When we asked for towels after hours, we didn't have to wait more than 10 minutes.

Daniel from the front desk needs a cap! I was to stay here for 2 nights which had to be extended unexpectedly. I had the pleasure of working with Daniel who is and has remained professional, kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Daniel has had a smile and encouraged me to smile as I extended my stay. What an unexpected pleasure it has been working to accommodate my needs. Hats off to Daniel and all of the front desk staff who have been so kind and helpful. If I need a local place to stay, it will definitely be here. Thanks Daniel for being great!

Stayed here between 22nd to 23rd Dec. Hotel and room was bit old but still very liveable. Breakfast option was not great. Close to airport. Local Cafe and shops are accessible in a quick walking distance.

I walked in and it started great. Nice lobby and super nice employees. I got checked in quick and went to my room. Unfortunately the toilet was broken so I got moved to another room. New room looked nice till I went to the shower. The shower was dirty. It reminded me of when the kids clean, half the job was done. The shower head, handles and rail all had not been cleaned properly. Went down to the hotel bar/restaurant and got a great burger, absolutely delicious. Went up to bed and tried to black out the room but there is no seal on the door, so it doesn't get dark. The only reason I'd stay again would be the great staff and parking my truck and trailer.

Started off great! Brought my family out here to check out the new Super Nintendo World at Universal Studios. Staff was nice, room was clean, location was convenient for my stay.. However… their mistake cost me almost $800 more out of my pocket. Checked in on a Tuesday, 2 days go by and they say that an employee accidentally checked me out… $700 already charged for the room… and went ahead and charged another $800 without notification… told me I’d get the difference back in 3-5 business days for the first charge 😲 they had no intention on making anything right… since my plans changed I was looking to check out a little early and was told I needed to give notice… completely understandable. But given the fact they checked me out early by “mistake” and charged me again, they would grant me this early check out. Not a chance.
