This Embassy Suites is in the most convenient location if you are flying out of Ontario Airport. The property is kept clean and updated, the employees were all courteous and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The available free shuttle to the airport allows you to return your rental car the night before you fly out, so you don’t have to bother with the process in the morning before an early flight. Highly recommend this Hilton property for the Ontario area.

I was here for a one day focus group in one of the meeting rooms, the palisades room. The hotel is very beautiful and spacious. The staff seem very attentive and courteous. It’s in an excellent location: easy on an easy off the 10 freeway. excellent choice for the Ontario international airport.

Normally the embassy suites is a wonderful place to stay. This particular one is going downhill pretty fast. If it wasn't for the staff there; I would have gave them an overall rating of about two stars but the staff was excellent. I also found out this particular hotel is not owned by the chain it's actually owned by the city of Ontario. That is actually too bad because the current status of the hotel is bringing down the embassy brand. The carpets were filthy, and long overdue for shampooing in lobby area. What I liked: Rather you're eating breakfast or hosting a vent requiring catering The staff that prepared and handle the food are truly professionals The food was very tasty and well prepared and presented. My hat off to the chef. Utensils and dishes were very clean so I know they take pride in their area. I have stayed at the embassy suites in all areas and states and they are pretty consistent. During my 30-year tenure I stayed here some years ago and the hotel was actually pretty nice back then, I don't know if this is just this embassy suites but you only get two cocktails during the manager's happy hour. Maybe this has changed at all of them: but, I remember for about 2 hours you can have all the wine and beer you can drink Yes the glasses were small but you can always leave their feeling good. At the price point of the rooms, I could have stayed at the DoubleTree at least I could have got into the lounge that they have for free if you have a room. That particular lounge has great food and the music is always a lot of fun.

This was a last minute stay me and my boyfriend decided on because a couple of our friends where staying at this hotel. The breakfast was good. Parking felt safe. However, we didn't get any sleep because the smoke detector was going off all night. I went down to the desk at about 7:30am to report that the phone in our room was down and the smoke detector was "chirping" (low battery). The first lady said nothing about all the phones in the hotel being down. She asked how late we got in last night. None of her business. The proper response to someone staying at your hotel for one night at 240.00 would be "I'm so sorry you didn't get any sleep" and offer a late check out. Not me asking for one. She did however say the engineer would be there in 30 minutes and she would send him up there first. 9am I went down again and another lady told us about the phones. She told us 12 would be the latest check out without an additional charge. I get it I worked as a hotel supervisor before. Not there fault the phones were down but definitely there fault for lack of communication and customer service. Not a good first impression and unfortunately I won't stay at this hotel chain again because first impressions are everything.

I had initially intended to write a glowing 5-star review for Embassy Suites based on my overall positive experience during my recent stay. Unfortunately, a distressing incident has prompted me to reconsider my rating. Embassy Suites initially impressed me with its comfortable accommodations, excellent service, and convenient location. The staff was friendly, and the amenities were noteworthy, contributing to an overall positive impression. However, my positive experience took a drastic turn when I discovered that my car's catalytic converter had been stolen from the hotel parking lot, despite being parked just 50 feet away from the entrance. The shock was baffled when I learned that the parking lot lacks surveillance cameras. For a hotel of this caliber, the absence of basic security measures in the parking area is surprising and disheartening. The $15 daily parking fee I paid was expected to ensure the some type of safety of my vehicle. The fact that such a security lapse occurred has significantly marred my perception of Embassy Suites. Equally disappointing was the response from the hotel staff when I reported the incident. The explanation that there are no cameras to monitor the parking lot and that they are unable to address the situation adequately was unsatisfactory, to say the least. Regrettably, this incident has forced me to revise my rating from 5 stars to 1 star. I can no longer wholeheartedly recommend Embassy Suites, given the serious security oversight that has impacted my experience. I will not be returning to this hotel, and I cannot, in good conscience, refer my friends or family to stay here.
