Hilton Los Angeles – Culver City

Such a great stay at this property. The hotel itself is beautiful and the lobby is very inviting with the bar and coffee shop. The valet was exceptional the entire 8 days we were there. Friendly, prompt, and flexible to our needs. Check in was great and bell services were super helpful. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. What struck us the most was all the employees seemed HAPPY to be there. Chatting with each other, guests, always greeting us when we walked by the desk. Bartenders were chatting with guests, coffee shop barista was patient and helpful with coffee newbies... all around a really great experience. The area is pretty commercial, but walkable to the nearby mall if you don't mind walking on main roads. The only option for parking is Valet, which was fine for us as there are unlimited in and hour privileges. There's chargers in the garage for electric cars which was helpful.

We stay at the Culver City Hilton often and are always very warmly welcomed by Joanna. She has a sunny personality and a very positive and friendly attitude. Although she is always very helpful, Joanna went above and beyond particularly during one of our stays when my mother had a health episode and was alone at the hotel with my young son while we were out. She immediately addressed the situation when my son reached out to the front desk for help. Thanks to her quick thinking and prompt help-providing everything that my mother needed to stabilize, the situation was soon under control. She continued to check on her later on too and inquiries about her whenever we come back to stay. We are so grateful to Joanna for being such an exceptional member of Hilton's team!

I’ve stayed at this hotel before and it is quite lovely. Everyone has been kind and professional. Three people stand out in particular. Jorge Lopez from valet Claudine, the cocktail server from the bar, and Elizabeth from the front desk. Jorge was here when I checked in and again when I left in the morning. He greeted me with a warm smile and excellent customer service. As the first person I met when arriving at the restaurant, he set the bar very one else that came after. I am looking forward to seeing him again in the morning. Thank you for your kindness Jorge. Although I checked in earlier through the app, I stopped at the front desk because of an issue I found. Elizabeth immediately resolved my issue and was very welcoming. I am a diamond member, but I suspect Elizabeth treats every single person she encounters as though they were a diamond members whether they are or not. You were awesome Elizabeth! Finally, Ms. Claudine. Her warm personality and fantastic sense of humor were very refreshing. She was here the first time I stayed at this hotel and I remember her infectious laughter. It was a pleasure to see her again. Thank you all for a wonderful stay!!

Pros: - new rooms are very nice Cons - $42 valet fee. There are no other parking options and the valet service is not fast. - Loud maintenance in the morning. No sleeping in for us - restaurant service was terrible. Every-time we ate there restaurant staff would chat and ignore a line of customers and they consistently got our order wrong. At one point a waiter gave us a cracked glass (we noticed because he was staring at the glass before he gave it to us)
