We had our company Holiday Party here and it was a big hit. Our coworkers are asking us to book it again next season. The staff were accommodating, friendly and professional. The bar was open through the night and the decor was amazing. I am hoping we can do it again next year

We had an issue with our room and even though it was late at night they moved us to another room,. which was smaller due to the hotel being sold out. The following day they moved us back into a bigger room and made sure we were comfortable. Appreciate the 100% customer service and how quickly they were able to accommodate us.

Got here and the staff was extremely friendly ,helpful and caring. When the next shift came in we got the same treatment. Room was clean and very nice........but I bought a bottle of wine to share with some friends and for got corkscrew. I went to the bar and asked if I could use theirs and he said it 15 dollars. My wife went and got the cash and then he came back and said 16.04 with the tax. I am not saying they shouldn't charge but that seemed a little ridiculous at a Hotel. Still would recommend but don't forget the corkscrew.

The staff was very accommodating and responsive. We hosted an event there. The event staff ensured we were well taken care of. The location is close to the airport, major freeways, and a ton of restaurants. (Restaurants are in walking distance)

We took a trip to Pomona for my father in laws funeral we stayed here for a week. Our vehicle was stolen from the parking lot, the manager came out and took a short report and that was the end. I understand that anything outside of the hotel is not their responsibility however, not even an uber offer, perhaps a small discount off our room or complimentary breakfast was offered. I am not looking for freebies I am the paying customer it is the whole principle of having our car stolen the stress level my husband and I were in and they had no compassion. The red headed front desk person gives the I don’t know answer and guess what in the customer service world I don’t know is never the answer. The proper response should have been I don’t have the answer for you but I will have my manager reach out to you. Mind you the hotel has a security personnel yet our vehicle was still stolen. I seen the security guard the next day standing by a homeless woman outside ensuring she does not enter the building. It looked to me she was minding her own business sitting on the sidewalk. What just because she looked high? She was not bothering anyone she was minding her own. Sorry for the long review but this is truly our experience. I hate to go this route because it’s Cali but if we were a different race would things have been different? My husband is a Hilton honors customer and we will not be staying at this establishment again.
